In our Sustainability Design program, we will prepare a road map for your home or office that specifies the environmental goals, action plans, and responsibilities that will help guide your space in the direction of greater sustainability.
Phase I: Assessment
During this phase, our team will conduct an analysis of your utility bills and an on-site walkthrough of your home or office to help you better understand your current performance and the potential of incorporating efficient and sustainable practices into your space.
Phase II: Analysis
Using the data collected during your assessment, we will formulate a plan that documents a transition towards the optimization of your natural resource usage while lowering your environmental impact. With your feedback, we will tailor and develop a short to long term plan that outlines the next steps towards accomplishing your goals and secures long term sustainability.
Phase III: Design
After identifying the possibilities for sustainability, we will evaluate each recommendation on a sound economic basis over a long term. Results of this analysis will include payback periods and returns on your investment for each recommendation. Also, as utility costs continue to escalate, the affordability of efficiency becomes much clearer.
Phase IV: Implementation
The final phase is to actually implement sustainable changes into your operations. Some changes can be implemented fairly quickly but others will take longer. Tech Go Green will serve as your project manager to oversee that your Sustainability Design is implemented. Through a collaboration of affiliates and partners, we will provide a best practice approach for the execution of your final plan.
