Michael Brylawski VP of Bright Automotive will have a presentation about their Hybrid Minivan

The 10 AM meeting will be a bike show, tell and ride presented by Harlan Flagg of Hollywood Electric Bikes.

The speaker will be Wally Rippel, now employed at AC Propulsion.  While the subject of the talk is unknown, Wally is well known for “big picture” visions of the future.  He is a perineal big draw, so get here early to get a good seat.

The speaker for the Feb 20 meeting is unconfirmed.  Consequently the meeting will likely be open discussion.

William (Bill) Korthof will be speaking on the topic of “Solar 2010 — All an informed person needs to know.”

Tom Swift will talk about his electric car.  This is a talk, not a play.  Paul Scott mentioned a website, but I don’t know if it is his or  not.  David

Kevin Czinger, CEO of Coda Automotive, will be presenting his development of an electric car.  Please visit their website at www.codaautomotive.com.  They may even have a car at this event.

Bill Korthof will discuss the Steae of the Photovoltaic World at Saturday’s 10 am meeting.

Lisa Mirisola from the AQMD will be giving a 30 minute presentation on the following topics:  AQMD introduction, AQMD Technology Advancement demonstrations (especially PHEVs) and Vehicle Charging at AQMD with potential changes to encourage PHEVs while minimizing impacts existing vehicle charging.  Questions will be taken after the presentation.

The January speaker will be Ken Koch, long time past president of the EVAOSC, and very active EV-drag racer who is now building the ultimate EV dragster.  Come and enjoy a video presentation of Ken’s handiwork.  Meeting starts at 10 am.
